Tag Away, as you may know, is a product for removing skin tags. These are small flaps of tissue that poke out from your skin. It’s a fairly simple product to use, all things considered, but it never hurts to have a written guide to double check. One thing to keep in mind while using Tag Away is that it takes a bit of time to work. Specifically, you can expect it to take anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks, with an average of 5 weeks, to remove skin tags completely.
The actual process for applying Tag Away is simplicity itself. First, you use a Q tip to apply a bit of Tag Away on your skin tag or tags. You need to put just a little bit of the product on the Q tip before applying it on the tag, since using too much doesn’t make the process go any faster. You’ll need to do this 2-3 times a day throughout the day. Now, some people prefer to simply leave it for fifteen minutes before wiping it off while some prefer to leave it be completely. It can work either way.
As mentioned, it’s going to take some time for Tag Away to show any results at all, but you need to make sure you stay on top of applying it. At roughly the 2-3 week mark, you’ll notice the skin tag starting to dry out. This is your first sign that Tag Away is working, so be ready for it.
You need to continue applying Tag Away for this part of the process. After another week or more, you’ll notice that the skin tag has continued drying off. It will continue to do that until it literally falls off on its own. Most likely, you won’t even notice when this finally happens. All that will remain is smooth skin where the tag used to be.
That’s about as simple as instructions can get. Apply 2-3 times daily, and nothing else, is extremely easy to remember. However, as mentioned, you have to keep at it or it won’t work. If you notice the skin tag starting to dry sooner than you expected, that’s nothing to be worried about. The entire process is perfectly safe and not at all painful. Just remember to stick to the schedule of applying Tag Away every day and soon enough your skin tags will be completely gone.
